Four routes into working life

Each route combines real work, practical learning and support. Apprenticeships are a possible next step across several routes, not a separate programme.
  • Future Pathways

A supported, paid route into working life.

A structured paid role, usually lasting around six months, combining real projects, workplace coaching, digital skills and regular progress reviews.

For: Young people who are not currently in education, employment or training and want a supported route into work.

  • Tech Pathways

Real employer projects for school and college leavers.

Work experience and employer-led projects involving websites, data, AI, low-code development and digital operations.

For: School and college leavers, T Level students and young people exploring careers in technology and business.

  • Graduate Fast Stream

    From university into professional work.

Practical client delivery, commercial experience, coaching and access to professional networks.

For: Graduates looking for a practical route from university into professional work.

  • Entrepreneurs

    Practical support for emerging founders.

Potential support with an MVP, workspace, technical delivery, advisers and preparing for conversations with funders.

For: Emerging founders with a credible idea who need practical support and access to business networks.
